I went in search of new equipment, no one helps you yourself, you have to look for a saleswoman, I asked for the equipment I wanted and they told me they didn't have it, I asked if they could check if the other branch had it in stock and they gave me a number so I could I marked, asked if they have an approximate date and they told me that they don't know anything, I mean, no desire to sell, no customer service, they are terrible.

Terrible customer service, only one girl was looking after the clients, everyone else was on their cell phone and attended to whoever they wanted, the attention even felt classist, I prefer to buy online.

Excellent service and attention from the staff, if they know what they are selling and they explain the operation of their equipment very well

Terrible customer service, there are a lot of staff and no one serves you, zero quality of service in the way they serve you. Better go somewhere else
